One stop shopping: You only have to call one sub contractor for excavation, footings, walls, rock, drain tile and waterproofing.

Plan the work, work the plan: We schedule each phase of your project so work is completed in a timely manner.

Concrete Poured Walls – Step by step

1 The proper foundation for elevation and soil type must be built, either concrete pilings, footings, stem walls, or slab on grade.

2
Aluminum wall forms are erected, creating 4-inch reinforced concrete walls with 2 inches of insulation on the exterior. When building poured-in-place decks and ceilings, forms are set to create 6 inch thick slabs.

3
Any electrical boxes, conduit, plumbing, and mechanical sleeves are installed, so they will be cast-in-place when concrete is placed.

4
Once all concrete forms are set and electrical and plumbing is secured, placing concrete begins. Reinforced poured concrete is sufficiently cured in only one day, and forms are removed. If there it is a two story structure, concrete forms will be erected in the same manner on the second floor, so walls ceilings and stairs will be placed monolithically.

5
Because poured concrete walls have a naturally smooth finish, drywall is not needed. Walls and ceilings can be plastered, sanded, and painted.

6
Multiple finishes can be used on the exterior of poured concrete walls, including stucco, brick, and traditional siding. Architectural flexibility in roof design is made easy as the roof can be conventionally framed with lumber or steel.
